Meanwhile, Ambiencellist Claire Fitch brings her cello with an armoury of electronic effects to create evocative soundscapes, in which the tales unfold with unprecedented power.

Claire Fitch is a cellist, composer, improviser and string arranger who performs regularly with the National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland, The Orchestra of St Cecelia and the Irish Film Orchestra. Her award-winning music production company has provided music for games, film, advertising, theatre and television. See www.ambiencellist.com for details of her innovative approach to cello music with electronic effects.

This show will feature a performance of the Greenlandic creation myth, Sun and moon, by The Oh-Aissieux, with a haunting soundscape by Rich Flynn, and also a lively performance of Tuan of the Isles, by Scott Anthony Kelly.

Rich Flynn is a talented young Cork musician and composer whose original electronic soundscape for Sun and moon was very warmly received on its debut at Mamuska Dublin in April 2010.

Scott Anthony Kelly is an actor, clown and strip artist whose free, physical performance style is unmatched.
